Ingredients
– 1 lb lump crab meat, picked over for shells
– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 1 onion, diced
– 2 celery stalks, diced
– 3 garlic cloves, minced
– 4 cups chicken or seafood broth
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. – Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
2. – Add the onion and celery and sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened.
3. – Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. – Pour in the broth and bring the mixture to a simmer.
