Description

Crack Breakfast Sliders are the ultimate morning treat – fluffy buns filled with savory sausage and melted cheese. This quick and easy recipe comes together in just 15 minutes for a delicious breakfast on the go.


Ingredients

– 1 lb bulk breakfast sausage

– 8 slices cheddar cheese

– 8 soft dinner rolls or Hawaiian rolls, split in half

– 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. 2. Form the sausage into 8 small patties, about 2-3 inches wide.

3. 3. Cook the sausage patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.

4. 4. Place the bottom half of the rolls on a baking sheet. Top each with a sausage patty and a slice of cheese.

5. 5. Bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.

6. 6. Remove from oven and top with the remaining roll halves. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.

7. 7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
