Ingredients

– 1 lb ground turkey

– 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped

– 1 tsp dried thyme

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. – In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped cranberries, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

3. – Scoop the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls, placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. – Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the stuffing balls are golden brown and cooked through.

5. – Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired. Enjoy!

Notes

For a crisper exterior, you can brush the balls with a bit of melted butter or olive oil before baking. Leftover stuffing balls can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
