Ingredients
– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
– 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
2. Add the crumbled feta cheese, chopped cranberries, honey, thyme, and salt. Beat on medium speed until well combined and the mixture is light and fluffy.
3. Transfer the Cranberry Whipped Feta Dip to a serving bowl. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
4. Serve the dip with crackers, toasted bread, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
For a thicker, spreadable consistency, refrigerate the dip for at least 1 hour before serving. You can also add a splash of white wine or champagne vinegar to balance the sweetness. Leftover dip will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
