Ingredients

– 24 mini sweet peppers, halved and seeded

– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1 teaspoon Tajin seasoning, plus more for sprinkling

– 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and 1 teaspoon of Tajin seasoning until well combined.

3. Carefully spoon the cream cheese mixture into the hollowed-out mini sweet pepper halves, filling them evenly.

4. Arrange the filled peppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
