Description

Grandma’s classic Cream Corn Casserole is a comforting and easy-to-make side dish that’s perfect for any occasion. This cheesy, creamy casserole is a family favorite that’s sure to satisfy.


Ingredients

– 2 (15 oz) cans whole kernel corn, drained

– 1 (10.75 oz) can cream of mushroom soup

– 1 cup sour cream

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the drained corn, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, melted butter, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.

3. 3. Transfer the mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish.

4. 4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly, and the top is lightly golden.

5. 5. Serve the Cream Corn Casserole warm, garnished with additional cheese or chopped parsley if desired.

Notes
