Ingredients

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 1 cup all-purpose flour

– 2 eggs, beaten

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 4 ciabatta rolls or sandwich buns

– 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded

– 1/2 cup Caesar dressing


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. 2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness, about 1/2 inch thick.

3. 3. Set up a breading station with the flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs mixed with the garlic powder and paprika.

4. 4. Dredge the chicken in the flour, then dip it in the egg, and finally coat it with the seasoned breadcrumbs.
