Instructions
1. – Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. – Unroll or lay the flatbread on a baking sheet.
3. – Brush the flatbread evenly with the melted butter.
4. – Arrange the slices of brie cheese over the buttered flatbread.
5. – Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy.
6. – Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh thyme sprigs.
7. – Slice and serve immediately while the cheese is hot and gooey.
