Description

Ingredients

– 1 pizza crust or dough

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

– 1 teaspoon dried oregano


Instructions

1. – Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. – Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until it’s about 1/4-inch thick.

3. – Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut the dough into small, bite-sized triangles or rectangles.

4. – Arrange the dough pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they’re not touching.

5. – Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses evenly over the dough pieces, followed by the dried oregano.

6. – Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy.

7. – Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
