Description

Tender, juicy steak bites cooked to perfection in the slow cooker for an easy and delicious 30-minute meal.

Ingredients

– 2 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes

– 1 onion, diced

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 cup beef broth

– 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

– 1 tsp dried thyme

– 1 tsp paprika

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. 1. In a slow cooker, combine the beef, onion, and garlic.

2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the beef.

3. 3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender.

4. 4. Serve the Crockpot Steak Bites hot, over mashed potatoes, rice, or with your favorite sides.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can brown the beef in a skillet before adding it to the slow cooker. You can also use chuck roast or another tough cut of beef if preferred.
