Description

Indulge in the bold, aromatic flavors of Cumin Lamb Noodles – a quick and easy Asian-inspired dish that’s perfect for a satisfying weeknight meal.

Ingredients

– 1 lb lamb, cut into bite-sized pieces

– 8 oz wide rice noodles

– 2 tbsp cumin

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tbsp grated ginger

– 2 tbsp soy sauce

– 1 tbsp rice vinegar

– 1 tbsp sesame oil

– 2 cups thinly sliced cabbage

– 2 green onions, sliced

– Cilantro for garnish

Instructions

1. – In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp of oil over medium-high heat. Add the lamb and sear until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

2. – Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

3. – Stir in the cumin, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Toss to coat the lamb.

4. – Add the rice noodles and cabbage to the skillet. Toss everything together and cook for 3-5 minutes, until the noodles are tender and the cabbage is wilted.

5. – Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and cilantro.

Notes

For extra heat, add a drizzle of chili oil or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. You can also substitute the rice noodles with other noodle varieties, such as udon or lo mein.
