Ingredients
– 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
– 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
– 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
– 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
– 1 zucchini, cut into 1-inch slices
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, bell peppers, onion, and zucchini. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the ingredients evenly.
3. Thread the chicken and vegetables onto metal or soaked wooden skewers.
4. Grill the kabobs for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

Notes
