Description

Ingredients

– 12 hard-boiled eggs

– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

– Chopped fresh parsley or chives, for garnish


Instructions

1. 1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks, placing them in a medium bowl.

2. 2. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the yolks. Mash and mix until the filling is smooth and creamy.

3. 3. Pipe or spoon the deviled egg filling back into the egg white halves, arranging the filled eggs in a Christmas tree shape on a serving platter.

4. 4. Garnish the deviled egg Christmas trees with chopped fresh parsley or chives.
