Description

Deviled egg flights are a fun and bite-sized twist on the classic deviled egg. These creamy, flavorful bites are a perfect party appetizer or finger food that are sure to impress your guests.


Ingredients

– 12 hard-boiled eggs

– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

– 1 teaspoon white vinegar

– 1/2 teaspoon paprika, plus more for garnish

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives, plus more for garnish


Instructions

1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice each egg in half lengthwise.

2. Carefully scoop the yolks out of the egg white halves and place them in a medium bowl.

3. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, and salt to the bowl with the egg yolks. Mash and stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

4. Spoon or pipe the deviled egg filling back into the egg white halves.

5. Garnish the deviled egg flights with a light dusting of paprika and a sprinkle of chopped chives.

6. Refrigerate the deviled egg flights until ready to serve.

Notes

For a flavor twist, try adding a small amount of finely chopped pickles, bacon bits, or a dash of hot sauce to the filling. You can also experiment with different garnishes, such as sliced olives, diced tomatoes, or crumbled feta cheese.
