Description

Deviled Strawberries are a quick and easy appetizer that combines the sweetness of fresh strawberries with a tangy, creamy filling. This simple recipe is perfect for parties, potlucks, or anytime you need a delicious bite-sized treat.

Ingredients

– 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

– 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

– 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

– 1 teaspoon lemon juice

– 1/4 teaspoon paprika

– Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until the filling is smooth and well-combined.

2. Using a small spoon or piping bag, fill each strawberry half with the creamy deviled filling.

3. Arrange the filled strawberries on a serving platter or plate. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the filling to set.

4. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a flavor twist, try adding a sprinkle of chopped fresh herbs, a drizzle of balsamic glaze, or a dusting of ground cayenne pepper on top of the deviled strawberries.
