Description

Dill Pickle Chicken Salad is a creamy, tangy, and flavorful dish that’s perfect for summer. Made with tender chicken, crunchy dill pickles, and fresh herbs, this salad is a refreshing and satisfying meal or side.


Ingredients

– 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast

– 1 cup diced dill pickles

– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

– 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

– 1 tablespoon lemon juice

– 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/8 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced dill pickles, mayonnaise, chopped fresh dill, chopped fresh parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

2. Stir until all the ingredients are well mixed and the salad is evenly coated.
