This Easy BLT Pasta Salad is a delightful and flavorful twist on the classic bacon, lettuce, and tomato combination. It’s the perfect summer side dish or light main course, bursting with crisp bacon, juicy tomatoes, and fresh lettuce, all tossed in a creamy, tangy dressing.
Ingredients
– 8 ounces fusilli or elbow pasta, cooked according to package instructions and cooled
– 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
– 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 2 tablespoons white vinegar
– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
– 1 teaspoon honey
– Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool completely.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled pasta, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, and shredded romaine lettuce.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, white vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
5. Chill the Easy BLT Pasta Salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
