Ingredients
– 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Instructions
– Preheat oven to 350°F.
– In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, and Frank’s RedHot sauce. Mix until well combined.
– Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
– Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
– Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
– Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions.
– Serve immediately with tortilla chips, celery sticks, and carrot sticks.
Notes
For a spicier dip, add an extra 1-2 tablespoons of hot sauce. You can also use a blend of cheddar and mozzarella cheese. This dip can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
