Ingredients
– 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
– 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
– Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions
1. – Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
2. – In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lemon juice.
3. – Brush the cut side of the peach halves with the honey-lemon mixture.
4. – Place the peach halves, cut-side down, on the preheated grill. Grill for 3-5 minutes, until grill marks appear and the peaches are slightly softened.
5. – Flip the peach halves and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes, until tender and caramelized.
6. – Remove the grilled peaches from the grill and transfer to a serving plate.
7. – Sprinkle with ground cinnamon, if desired, and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
8. – Serve warm or at room temperature.
