Ingredients
– 1 pre-made pie crust
– 3 large eggs
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 3/4 cup granulated sugar
– 2 tablespoons freshly brewed espresso
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, sugar, espresso, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
3. 3. Pour the custard mixture into the pre-made pie crust.
4. 4. Bake the pie for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.

Notes
