Description

Elevate your summer with this easy, 5-minute Floral Ice Cube Rosé Spritz. Infused with delicate edible flowers and made with crisp rosé wine, this refreshing cocktail is the perfect way to cool down on a warm day.

Ingredients

– 1 bottle of dry rosé wine

– 1 cup of assorted edible flowers (such as rose petals, lavender, or hibiscus)

– 1 lemon, thinly sliced

– 1 lime, thinly sliced

– 1 cup of club soda or sparkling water

Instructions

1. Freeze the edible flowers in ice cube trays, filling each compartment about halfway.

2. Top the flower-filled ice cubes with the rosé wine, filling the trays to the top.

3. Freeze the trays until the ice cubes are fully formed, about 4-6 hours.

4. When ready to serve, place 2-3 floral ice cubes in a glass and top with club soda or sparkling water.

5. Garnish with a lemon or lime slice.

6. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

For a stronger cocktail, you can use only rosé wine instead of club soda. You can also experiment with different types of edible flowers to create unique flavor combinations.
