Description

Indulge in these amazingly delicious and nutritious Four ingredients Protein Bars, made with just a handful of wholesome ingredients. Packed with protein, fiber, and healthy fats, they’re the perfect on-the-go snack or quick breakfast to fuel your day.


Ingredients

– 2 cups rolled oats

– 1 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)

– 1 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)

– 1/2 cup honey


Instructions

1. 1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and protein powder. Mix well.

2. 2. Add the nut butter and honey, then stir until the mixture is well combined and starts to clump together.

3. 3. Press the mixture firmly into an 8×8 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.

4. 4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the bars to set.

Notes
