Description

These Fresh Blueberry Brownies are the perfect balance of rich, fudgy chocolate and bursts of juicy, fresh blueberries in every bite. Indulgent yet easy to make, they’re sure to satisfy your sweet tooth in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

– 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted

– 2 cups granulated sugar

– 4 large eggs

– 1 cup all-purpose flour

– 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until combined.

3. Beat in the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

5. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.

6. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries, being careful not to break them.

7. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.

8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

9. Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting and serving.

Notes

For best results, use fresh, ripe blueberries. You can also try substituting other fresh berries, such as raspberries or blackberries, for a variation.
