Ingredients
– 1 medium head of green cabbage, thinly sliced
– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
1. Slice the cabbage into thin, noodle-like strips.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic butter. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Cook the cabbage noodles, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes, or until tender and the cabbage is wilted.
5. Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese, if using.
6. Serve the Garlic Butter Cabbage Noodles hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
Notes
