Ingredients
– 1 pound ground chicken
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 egg
– 1/4 cup milk
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, milk, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
5. Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
