Description

Ingredients

– 3 large sweet potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch thick wedges

– 3 tablespoons olive oil

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
