Description

Ingredients

– 3 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 tablespoon active dry yeast

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1 cup warm water

– 1/4 cup olive oil, plus more for brushing

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped


Instructions

1. – In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt.

2. – Add the warm water and 1/4 cup olive oil, and mix until a shaggy dough forms.

3. – Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

4. – Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a damp towel, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

5. – Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.

6. – Place the dough balls into a greased 12-cup muffin tin, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.

7. – Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

8. – Brush the tops of the dough balls with olive oil and sprinkle with the minced garlic and chopped rosemary.

9. – Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown.

10. – Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
