Indulge in the ultimate s’mores-inspired treat with these Gooey S’mores Rolls. Filled with a melted marshmallow-chocolate center and baked to perfection, these rolls are a quick and easy way to satisfy your sweet cravings.
Ingredients
– 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
– 1 cup mini marshmallows
– 1/2 cup chopped milk chocolate
– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
– 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Place a few marshmallows and a sprinkle of chopped chocolate at the wider end of each triangle.
3. Roll up the dough, starting from the wider end and rolling towards the point, to enclose the filling.
4. Arrange the rolled-up dough pieces in the prepared baking pan.
5. Brush the tops of the rolls with the melted butter and sprinkle with the graham cracker crumbs.
6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the filling is melted and gooey.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For a more indulgent treat, try drizzling the warm rolls with additional melted chocolate or caramel sauce. You can also experiment with different chocolate varieties, such as dark or white chocolate, to suit your preferences.
