Ingredients

– 6 cups cubed bread

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter

– 1 onion, diced

– 2 celery stalks, diced

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

– 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped

– 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth

– 1 cup prepared gravy

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

2. 2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and celery, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened.

3. 3. Stir in the garlic, thyme, and sage, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

4. 4. In a large bowl, combine the sautéed vegetables with the cubed bread and broth. Toss gently to coat the bread.

5. 5. Scoop the stuffing mixture into the prepared muffin cups, pressing down gently to compact it.

6. 6. Using a spoon, create a well in the center of each muffin and fill with 2-3 tablespoons of gravy.

7. 7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and crispy on top.

8. 8. Serve the Gravy-Stuffed Stuffing Muffins warm, with additional gravy on the side if desired. Enjoy!
