Ingredients
– 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, cut into 1-inch cubes
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon dried oregano
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– Wooden or metal skewers
– Cherry tomatoes, for serving
– Lemon wedges, for serving
– Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
1. In a shallow dish, combine the cubed tofu, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss gently to coat the tofu. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
2. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
3. Thread the marinated tofu cubes onto the skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
4. Grill the tofu skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until lightly charred and heated through.
5. Serve the grilled Greek-Style Tofu Souvlaki skewers with cherry tomatoes, lemon wedges, and a sprinkle of chopped parsley. Enjoy with a side of tzatziki sauce.
Notes
