Ingredients

– 2 cups shredded cooked chicken

– 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

– 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon

– 1 tablespoon lemon juice

– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, parsley, chives, tarragon, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

2. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, adding more lemon juice, salt, or pepper to your preference.

3. Serve the Green Goddess Chicken Salad Dip chilled or at room temperature, accompanied by crackers, crostini, or fresh veggie sticks.

Notes

This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The flavors will continue to develop the longer it sits. If the dip seems too thick, you can thin it out with a bit of water or additional lemon juice.
