Ingredients
– 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken thighs, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the chicken evenly.
3. Place the chicken thighs on the preheated grill, skin-side down. Grill for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
4. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
