Description

Indulge in these irresistible Gummy Champagne Heart Jellies – a dazzling, boozy dessert that’s sure to impress! Bursting with fizzy champagne flavor and a delightfully jiggly texture, these no-bake treats are perfect for Valentine’s Day, weddings, or any special occasion.

Ingredients

– 1 cup champagne

– 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar

– 1-2 drops red food coloring (optional)

– Heart-shaped candy molds

Instructions

1. In a small saucepan, combine the champagne and gelatin. Let sit for 5 minutes to bloom.

2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and whisk constantly until the gelatin is fully dissolved, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar until dissolved.

3. Add 1-2 drops of red food coloring, if desired, and stir to combine.

4. Carefully pour the champagne-gelatin mixture into heart-shaped candy molds, filling them about 3/4 full.

5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until completely set.

6. Gently pop the gummy hearts out of the molds and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use a high-quality, dry champagne. You can also experiment with different food coloring shades to create unique colors. Store leftover gummies in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
