Ingredients
– 1 cup lychee juice
– 1/4 cup rose water
– 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
– Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. In a small saucepan, combine the lychee juice, rose water, sugar, and salt. Sprinkle the gelatin over the mixture and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and whisk the mixture until the gelatin and sugar have fully dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
3. Carefully pour the mixture into a lightly greased 8×8-inch baking dish or silicone mold. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the jellies are completely set.
4. Once set, remove the jellies from the dish or mold and cut into desired shapes using a sharp knife or cookie cutters.
5. Enjoy the Gummy Rose Water & Lychee Jellies chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
For a more vibrant color, you can add a few drops of red or pink food coloring to the mixture. The jellies can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
