Description

These Halloween Brownies are the perfect treat for a spooky celebration. Rich, fudgy, and topped with festive decorations, they’re sure to delight your taste buds and put you in the Halloween spirit.

Ingredients

– 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted

– 2 cups granulated sugar

– 4 large eggs

– 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

– 1 cup all-purpose flour

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1 teaspoon baking powder

– 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

– Halloween-themed sprinkles or decorations

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray.

2. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until well combined.

3. 3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

4. 4. Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

5. 5. Fold in the chocolate chips.

6. 6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

7. 7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

8. 8. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.

9. 9. Decorate the cooled brownies with Halloween-themed sprinkles or decorations.

Notes

For an extra fudgy texture, use dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate instead of semisweet. You can also add a teaspoon of espresso powder to enhance the chocolate flavor.
