Description
These Halloween Eyeball Jello Shots are a fun and easy treat that will have your guests screaming with delight! Bright, jiggly jello mixed with vodka and topped with creepy eyeball gummies make for a spooktacular party dessert.
Ingredients
– 2 (3 oz) packages of green and red jello
– 1 cup vodka
– 2 cups water
– 1 package of eyeball gummies
Instructions
1. 1. In a medium saucepan, bring the 2 cups of water to a boil.
2. 2. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the two packages of jello until completely dissolved.
3. 3. Allow the jello mixture to cool for 5 minutes, then stir in the 1 cup of vodka.
4. 4. Carefully pour the jello mixture into shot glasses or small cups, filling them about 3/4 full.
5. 5. Refrigerate the jello shots for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
6. 6. Top each jello shot with an eyeball gummy just before serving.
Notes
For a spookier presentation, use black plastic shot glasses or cups. You can also try using different jello flavors like orange or purple. Adjust the vodka amount to your desired strength.
