Description

Tender turkey, melty havarti cheese, and tangy cranberry sauce come together in these irresistible Havarti Cranberry Turkey Sliders – the perfect easy appetizer for holiday gatherings, game days, and more!


Ingredients

– 1 pound ground turkey

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon onion powder

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

– 8 ounces havarti cheese, sliced

– 1/2 cup cranberry sauce

– 12 slider buns, split in half


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

3. Divide the turkey mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into small patties.

4. Place the turkey patties on a baking sheet or in a large skillet.

5. Top each patty with a slice of havarti cheese.

6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the turkey is cooked through and the cheese is melted.

7. Remove the sliders from the oven and spread a spoonful of cranberry sauce on the bottom half of each bun.

8. Place the turkey and cheese patty on the cranberry-topped bun bottom, then top with the remaining bun half.

9. Serve the Havarti Cranberry Turkey Sliders warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a bit of crunch, you can toast the buns before assembling the sliders. Leftover sliders can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven or microwave.
