Description

Tender, juicy beef bites cooked to perfection in the slow cooker and coated in a rich, creamy garlic butter sauce. This high-protein dish is perfect for busy weeknights or special occasions.

Ingredients

– 2 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes

– 4 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

– 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

– 1 tsp dried thyme

– 1 tsp dried oregano

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

– 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. – In a large bowl, combine the beef cubes, garlic, softened butter, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the beef evenly.

2. – Transfer the beef mixture to a slow cooker and spread it out in an even layer.

3. – Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is very tender.

4. – Stir the beef to coat it in the garlic butter sauce. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

– Serve the beef bites over mashed potatoes, rice, or with a side of roasted vegetables for a complete meal.

– For extra flavor, add a splash of dry white wine or beef broth to the slow cooker.

– Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
