Description

Indulge in the delightful chewy texture and fruity flavors of these homemade gummy bears! Perfect for a quick snack, party treat, or as a fun activity with the kids.

Ingredients

– 1 cup fruit juice (of your choice)

– 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar (optional)

– Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan, combine the fruit juice, gelatin, sugar (if using), and salt. Whisk together.

2. Heat the mixture over medium, stirring constantly, until the gelatin and sugar (if using) have completely dissolved, about 5 minutes.

3. Lightly grease a silicone gummy bear mold or small baking dish. Carefully pour the gummy bear mixture into the prepared mold or dish.

4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the gummies are completely set.

5. Gently remove the gummies from the mold or dish. Enjoy!

Notes

– Customize the flavors by using different fruit juices.

– For firmer gummies, use 4 envelopes of gelatin.

– Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
