Description

Indulge in the savory delight of these homemade ham sliders – a quick and easy recipe that delivers big on flavor. Tender, juicy ham, melted cheese, and soft, toasted buns come together to create the ultimate bite-sized perfection.

Ingredients

– 12 Hawaiian rolls or soft brioche buns, split horizontally

– 8 ounces thinly sliced ham

– 6 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese, halved

– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

– 1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional)

– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Arrange the split Hawaiian rolls or brioche buns on a large baking sheet.

3. Layer the thinly sliced ham and halved cheese slices evenly over the bottom buns.

4. Cover the ham and cheese with the top buns.

5. Brush the tops of the buns with the melted butter and sprinkle with poppy seeds (if using).

6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly golden.

7. Remove the sliders from the oven and spread a small amount of Dijon mustard on the top buns.

8. Serve the homemade ham sliders warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of dried herbs to the melted butter before brushing the buns. You can also experiment with different types of cheese, such as Swiss, provolone, or pepper jack.
