Ingredients

– 1 lb ground beef

– 1 onion, diced

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 cups milk

– 1 package (7 oz) elbow macaroni

– 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

– 1 tsp dried oregano

– 1 tsp dried basil

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

1. – In a large skillet or Dutch oven, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and crumbled, 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

2. – Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.

3. – Stir in the milk, beef broth, macaroni, cream of mushroom soup, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

4. – Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
