Ingredients

– 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 2 tbsp honey

– 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. 2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper until well coated.

3. 3. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.

4. 4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway, until Brussels sprouts are tender and caramelized.

5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
