Ingredients
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1/4 cup honey
– 2 tablespoons hot sauce
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. – Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. – In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and hot sauce.
4. – Place the seasoned chicken in a baking dish and brush the hot honey glaze over the top.
5. – Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
6. – Remove the chicken from the oven and sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top.
7. – Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
This recipe can be easily customized by adjusting the level of heat in the hot honey glaze. For a milder version, use less hot sauce, or for a spicier kick, add more. The feta cheese can also be replaced with other crumbled cheese varieties, such as goat cheese or blue cheese, if desired.
