Description

Ingredients

– 1 cup rolled oats

– 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

– 1/2 cup plain yogurt

– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

– 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom

– 2 tablespoons sliced almonds

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro


Instructions

1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, and yogurt. Stir well until fully incorporated.

2. Add the ground cinnamon and cardamom, and mix again until the spices are evenly distributed.

3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.

Notes
