Ingredients
– 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
1. – Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. – In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, and salt.
3. – Add the eggs and ricotta cheese, and mix until a dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips.
4. – Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
5. – Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.
6. – Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes. Dust generously with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
