Ingredients

– 3 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 tablespoon baking powder

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 2 tablespoons dried Italian herbs

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 1 cup warm milk

– 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

1. – Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. – In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and Italian herbs. Stir to combine.

3. – Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and mix well.

4. – Pour in the warm milk and olive oil, then use a wooden spoon or your hands to mix the ingredients until a soft dough forms.

5. – Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 2-3 minutes, until the dough is smooth and elastic.

6. – Shape the dough into a round loaf and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
