Ingredients
– 1 round Italian bread roll, sliced in half horizontally
– 2 ounces thinly sliced genoa salami
– 2 ounces thinly sliced ham
– 2 ounces thinly sliced provolone cheese
– 1/4 cup marinated olives, chopped
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. 1. Slice the bread roll in half horizontally to create a top and bottom.
2. 2. Layer the salami, ham, and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the bread.
3. 3. Sprinkle the chopped marinated olives evenly over the meat and cheese.
