Elevate your dishes with this flavorful homemade Jalapeno Salt. Sprinkle it on tacos, dips, roasted veggies, and more for an irresistible kick of spice and flavor.

Ingredients

– 10 fresh jalapeno peppers

– 1/2 cup coarse sea salt

Instructions

1. Wash the jalapeno peppers and pat them dry.

2. Slice the jalapenos into thin rounds, discarding the stems.

3. In a small bowl, combine the sliced jalapenos and coarse sea salt. Stir to evenly distribute the salt.

4. Transfer the Jalapeno Salt mixture to an airtight jar or container.

5. Let the Jalapeno Salt sit for 2-3 days, stirring occasionally, to allow the flavors to meld.

6. Use the Jalapeno Salt as desired to add a spicy kick to your favorite dishes!

Notes

For a milder flavor, use fewer jalapenos. Store the Jalapeno Salt in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 6 months.
