Ingredients
– 4 cups water
– 4 teaspoons black tea leaves
– 1 teaspoon cardamom pods
– 2 cinnamon sticks
– 2 tablespoons dried rose petals
– 2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
– 1 cup milk (optional)
Instructions
1. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
2. Add the black tea leaves, cardamom pods, and cinnamon sticks. Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Stir in the dried rose petals and sugar. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.
4. If desired, add the milk and stir until well combined.
5. Strain the tea into a serving pitcher or directly into cups.
