Ingredients
– 8 ounces thinly sliced corned beef
– 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
– 4 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
– 8 slices keto-friendly bread or wraps
– 2 tablespoons butter, melted
– 1 tablespoon caraway seeds (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Lay the keto-friendly bread or wraps on a clean surface. Spread a layer of corned beef on each one, followed by a layer of sauerkraut and a sprinkle of Swiss cheese.
3. Carefully roll up each wrap tightly, starting from one of the shorter ends.
4. Place the rolled-up wraps seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. Brush the tops of the roll-ups with the melted butter, and sprinkle with caraway seeds if desired.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the exterior is golden and crispy.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
